Set within the DC Universe (DCU) under DC Studios' "Chapter One: Gods and Monsters," the upcoming R-rated body-horror thriller Clayface chronicles the terrifying transformation of Matt Hagen (Tom Rhys Harries), a rising Hollywood leading man and former Gotham street kid. When a brutal betrayal by a local crime boss leaves him horribly disfigured, a desperate Hagen volunteers for an experimental scientific treatment administered by Dr. Caitlyn Corr (Naomi Ackie) to restore his handsome appearance. Instead, the volatile procedure unexpectedly warps his anatomy into a living, shape-shifting clay-like substance. As the unstable material systematically strips him of his physical identity and sanity, Hagen descends down an all-consuming, blood-soaked path of vengeance against the corrupt system that failed him, exploring the dark underbelly of unchecked scientific ambition and the tragic loss of human nature
